My mission is to bring people closer to technology, and to work out how we can use AI responsibly. AI ethics sits at the core of what I do: I stand for stronger communication between people and the systems they rely on, built on transparency, authenticity, privacy, social justice and trust.

Beyond work
I'm a big fan of animals, especially my two cats. I'm also a passionate guitarist who has remained a beginner forever, with a love for the blues. Video games have been a great joy since childhood, and without them I wouldn't be where I am today. Even though I play less than I used to, I never say no to a good game of Halo. Board games have recently become a new passion too. I used to only play things like Mensch ärgere dich nicht!, but these days we often play Catan, OK, Exploding Kittens and other card games at home.
If you thought that was all, I have to surprise you. I'm also a passionate watcher of films and series, who enjoys new releases as much as the old classics. I like action, thriller, drama, comedy and anime best, and horror least — though it often comes bundled with thrillers.
I also love good coffee and usually drink a cortado or a lungo. I spent a long time looking for beans; I like the ones from quijotekaffee, Wildkaffee and Berliner Kaffee Rösterei. I enjoy going out on a boat when I get the chance — I got my license back then with a lot of joy. I think that more or less covers my interests outside of coding and coaching.
